By the use of a cad station, we are able to create new patterns and aplly changes, rather than import the existing ones.

Our cutting department has a machine for laying out fabrics and an automatic cutting machine. We also perform manual cutting in order to meet the most complex requests (print placement, fabric matching, ultra light fabrics).

In this department, which is the beating heart of our laboratory, every garment is studied in all its details, taking shape then in the hands of our expert seamstresses. Nothing is left to chance, from the size of the thread to the weight of fusing, from the shape of the buttonholes to the number of sewing stitches, up to the handmade finishes. Every step of the production line is controlled to ensure the quality standard required by our customers.

In our warehouse the finished garments are individually tested (thread cleaning, measurement conformity, trims check) and prepared for the final stages of tagging, labelling and packaging, before being shipped all over the world.
